Returning to Lebanon in 2010, Alexandre took the helm of the brand’s next growth phase — launching stores citywide, building delivery infrastructure, and pioneering Bachir’s international franchise model.
Alexandre returned to Lebanon to lead Bachir’s next phase of growth, overseeing multiple new store openings across Beirut.
Launched a dedicated delivery call centre, expanding Bachir’s reach and coverage across the entire city.
Introduced the franchising model alongside a refreshed brand identity and an expanded product range.
Within two years, four franchise locations opened in the UAE — establishing a strong GCC platform for regional growth.

Yes. Bachir is selectively granting master and multi-unit franchise rights across the United Kingdom and Europe — including the UK, France, Germany, and other major European markets. Yes. Africa is a priority growth region. Bachir is open to single-unit, multi-unit, and master franchise agreements across Egypt, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa, Ghana, Côte d'Ivoire, and Senegal. Bilingual French / English / Arabic support is available.
Yes. Master franchise and area development agreements are available worldwide for qualified operators who can develop an entire country or region, with territorial exclusivity, marketing support, and supply-chain enablement over a 10-year development term.
Kiosk (25–30 m², high-traffic grab & go), Satellite (from 50 m², full menu with seating), and Flagship (90–120 m², premium destination). All formats support dine-in, takeaway, delivery, B2B, and catering.
